Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

STEEP UNSTEADY WATER WAVES: AN EFFICIENT COMPUTATIONAL SCHEME
Coastal Engineering Proceedings, 1984 A new method for computing the unsteady motion of a water surface, including the overturning of water waves as they break, has been developed. It is based on a Cauchy theorem boundary integral for the evaluation of multiple time derivatives of the surface motion. The numerical implementation of the method is efficient, accurate and stable.
