A study of a speed amplified linear generator for low-frequency wave energy conversion
This paper proposes a new method of speed amplification for a direct drive ocean wave energy converter. The relative speed of the stator and translator of a linear generator is doubled through a fixed pulley wheel mechanism.

Predication of Ocean Wave Height for Ocean Wave Energy Conversion System
Ocean wave height is one of the critical factors to decide the efficiency of the ocean wave energy conversion system. Usually, only when the resonate occurs between the ocean wave height (ocean wave speed in the vertical direction) and ocean wave energy ...

POWER GENERATOR FROM OCEAN WAVE ENERGY CONVERSION
The need for electrical energy has increased every year. On the other hand, the largest power plants in Indonesia still use non-renewable energy sources such as coal and petroleum, while these non-renewable energy sources will eventually run out.

A Study on the Effects of Wave Spectra on Wave Energy Conversions
This research work presents an investigation into the effects of wave spectra on energy conversion for wave energy converters and shows it may be important what theoretical spectrum should be used for a better assessment of a wave energy converter (WEC) in the given sea conditions in a proposed deployment site.
