Control of Wave Energy Converters for Maximum Power Absorption with Time Domain Analysis [PDF]
A discrete control of latching is used to increase the bandwidth of the efficiency of the Wave Energy Converters (WEC) in regular and irregular seas. When latching control applied to WEC it increases the amplitude of the motion as well as absorbed power.

Assessment of Combined Wave and Wind Energy Resources of the Marine Pastures in Shandong Peninsula
The rapid development of the Blue Economic Zone on the Shandong Peninsula has generated a huge demand for renewable energy. Sensibly developing and utilizing these resources can provide a stable energy supply for marine pastures. However, assessing energy development potential must be done before the resources are developed.

Abstract This study examines geothermal and biomass energy as cleaner alternatives in seven renewable‐focused countries in the context of sustainable development and global carbon‐neutrality objectives. Geothermal power provides significant emission reductions, with facilities around 99% less CO2 and 97% less SO2 compared to equivalent fossil‐fuel ...

ABSTRACT This study was aimed to investigate the fatigue life of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) filled natural rubbers (NR) prepared by two different compounding techniques, including wet and dry methods. This was done to correlate the presence of defects to fatigue performance and to identify the optimum dispersion approach for CNTs/NR.

Abstract The Sahara is the largest dust source in the world with individual dust events caused by wind‐driven meteorological conditions. The meteorological wind perturbations are multiscaled ranging from convective scale to synoptic scale, leading to uncertainty in future projections of surface dust and transport with Earth System Models (ESMs). We use
