Multifunctional Catechol‐Functionalized Cellulose Hydrogels for the Minimally Invasive Treatment of Acute Optic Nerve Injuries

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Catechol‐functionalized cellulose hydrogels are developed as injectable, bioadhesive platforms for retinal neuroprotection. The hydrogels exhibit tunable rheological and mechanical properties, strong tissue adhesion, and sustained antioxidative activity.

On the use of neural networks for full waveform inversion

open access: yesComputer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering, 2023
Neural networks have recently gained attention in solving inverse problems. One prominent methodology are Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) which can solve both forward and inverse problems. In the paper at hand, full waveform inversion is the considered inverse problem. The performance of PINNs is compared against classical adjoint optimization,

Gate‐Tunable Floquet Weyl Photon Emission from Topological Dirac Semimetal Cd3As2

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We report experimental demonstration of Floquet band engineering in a 3D Dirac semimetal. Circularly polarized light breaks the time reversal symmetry and transforms Cd3As2 into a Floquet–Weyl phase, splitting Dirac nodes into chirality‐opposite Weyl nodes with nonzero Berry curvature.

Transfer Learning Enhanced Full Waveform Inversion*

open access: yes2023 IEEE/ASME International Conference on Advanced Intelligent Mechatronics (AIM), 2023
We propose a way to favorably employ neural networks in the field of non-destructive testing using Full Waveform Inversion (FWI). The presented methodology discretizes the unknown material distribution in the domain with a neural network within an adjoint optimization.

伪二维弹性波联合反演近地表的速度和衰减

open access: yesDizhen xuebao, 2018

Application of Seismic Waveform Indicator Inversion in the Depth Domain: A Case Study of Pre-Salt Thin Carbonate Reservoir Prediction

open access: yesEnergies, 2023
Prestack depth-migrated seismic data, having more accurate imaging position and amplitude fidelity than prestack time-migrated seismic data, are supposed to produce a higher quality reservoir prediction result by using depth-domain inversion.

Full waveform inversion with combined misfit functions and application in land seismic data

open access: yesFrontiers in Earth Science, 2023
Full waveform inversion reconstructs subsurface structures by matching the synthetic waveform to the observed waveform. Inaccuracy of the source wavelets can, thus, easily lead to an inaccurate model.
