Ocular aberrations and wavefront aberrometry: A review
Wavefront aberrations can be described as deviations of the wavefront exiting the eye froma reference wavefront that is aberration free and diffraction limited. Ocular aberrations canbe sub-categorised as lower and higher order aberrations.

Induced higher-order aberrations after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) performed with wavefront-guided IntraLase femtosecond laser in moderate to high astigmatism [PDF]
Background\ud \ud Wavefront-guided Laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) is a widespread and effective surgical treatment for myopia and astigmatic correction but whether it induces higher-order aberrations remains controversial.

Analyzing the Dynamic Wavefront Aberrations in the Human Eye [PDF]
The optics of the human eye are not static in steady viewing conditions and exhibit microfluctuations. Previous methods used for analyzing dynamic changes in the eye's optics include simple Fourier-transform-based methods, which have been used in studies of the eye's accommodation response. However, dedicated tools for the analysis of dynamic wavefront

Higher-Order Wavefront Aberrations for Populations of Young Emmetropes and Myopes
Purpose: To test the hypothesis that human eyes have a central tendency to be free of higher-order aberrations by analyzing wavefront aberrations for two young populations of respectively emmetropic and myopic subjects.
