Scalable WDM phase regeneration in a single phase-sensitive amplifier through optical time lenses [PDF]

open access: yesNature Communications, 2018
Scalable solutions for data regeneration of multiple parallel channels are elusive. Here the authors report a scalable wavelength-division multiplexing technique for phase regeneration and demonstrate the highest reported number of regenerated wavelength-

Quantum entanglement network enabled by a state-multiplexing quantum light source [PDF]

open access: yesLight: Science & Applications
A fully connected quantum network with a wavelength division multiplexing architecture plays an increasingly pivotal role in quantum information technology. With such architecture, an entanglement-based network has been demonstrated in which an entangled

A high-precision bidirectional time-transfer system over a single fiber based on wavelength-division multiplexing and time-division multiplexing

open access: yesFrontiers in Physics, 2023
In this paper, a high-precision bidirectional time-transfer system over a single fiber based on wavelength-division multiplexing and time-division multiplexing (SFWDM-TDM) is proposed, which combines the advantages of wavelength-division multiplexing and

Wavelength Division Multiplexing at 2μm [PDF]

open access: yesEuropean Conference and Exhibition on Optical Communication, 2012
This paper shows, for the first time, the implementation of a WDM subsystem at the 2μm wavelength window with mixed formats. Three wavelength channels were directly modulated with BPSK Fast-OFDM at 5Gbit/s per channel, with a fourth channel NRZ-OOK externally modulated at 8.5Gbit/s giving a total capacity in excess of 20 Gbit/s.
