Silicon Integrated Waveguide Devices for Filtering and Wavelength Demultiplexing
Optical Fiber Communication Conference, 2010Following different approaches, we have realized a number of different silicon integrated demultiplexers for WDM-based on-chip optical interconnects. We compare these devices based on their size, transmission loss, pass-band shape and tolerance against process variations.
