Comparison of the sets of attractors for systems of contractions and weak contractions [PDF]
For $n,d\in\mathbb{N}$ we consider the families: - $L_n^d$ of attractors for iterated function systems (IFS) consisting of $n$ contractions acting on $[0,1]^d$, - $wL_n^d$ of attractors for weak iterated function systems (wIFS) consisting of $n$ weak contractions acting on $[0,1]^d$. We study closures of the above families as subsets of the hyperspace $

Fixed Point of Multivalued Mizoguchi-Takahashi's Type Mappings and Answer to the Rouhani-Moradi's Open Problem [PDF]
The fixed point theorem of Nadler (1966) was extended by Mizoguchi and Takahashi in 1989 and then for multi-valued contraction mappings, the existence of fixed point was demonstrated by Daffer and Kaneko (1995).

On Unique and Nonunique Fixed Points in Metric Spaces and Application to Chemical Sciences
We introduce the notions of a generalized Θ-contraction, a generalized ΘE-weak contraction, a ΨE-weak JS-contraction, an integral-type ΘE-weak contraction, and an integral-type ΨE-weak JS-contraction to establish the fixed point, fixed ellipse, and fixed

Fixed Point Theorems for Fuzzy $(\gamma,\beta)$-Contractions in non-Archimedean Fuzzy Metric Spaces [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce new concepts of fuzzy $(\gamma,\beta )$-contraction and prove some fixed point results for fuzzy $(\gamma,\beta )$-contractions in complete non-Archimedean fuzzy metric spaces.

The aim of this paper is to obtain some new results about common fixed points. Our results use weaker conditions than those previously used. We have relaxed the conditions for commutating pair mappings and compatible mappings of the type (A), which were ...

Local existence for a viscoelastic Kirchhoff type equation with the dispersive term, internal damping, and logarithmic nonlinearity [PDF]
This paper concerns a viscoelastic Kirchhoff-type equation with the dispersive term, internal damping, and logarithmic nonlinearity. We prove the local existence of a weak solution via a modified lemma of contraction of the Banach fixed-point theorem ...

Fixed Points and λ-Weak Contractions
In this paper, we introduce a new type of contractions on a metric space (X,d) in which the distance d(x,y) is replaced with a function, depending on a parameter λ, that is not symmetric in general. This function generalizes the usual case when λ=1/2 and can take bigger values than m1/2.

FIXED POINT THEOREMS OF FUZZY SET-VALUED MAPS WITH APPLICATIONS
In this paper, we introduce the notion of Suzuki-type (𝛼, 𝛽)-weak contractions in the setting of fuzzy set-valued maps, thereby establishing some fuzzy fixed point theorems. Moreover, one of our theorems is applied to study a homotopy result.

Fixed points of hesitant fuzzy set-valued maps with applications
In this paper, the notion of hesitant fuzzy fixed points is introduced. To this end, we define Suzuki-type $(\alpha,\beta)$-weak contractions in the framework of hesitant fuzzy set-valued maps, thereby establishing some corresponding fixed point theorems.
