Modelling VSCs connected to weak grids
This paper addresses the oscillatory stability phenomena studied in the literature and reported by network operators in grid-connected VSC systems. Negative interactions have been observed at different frequencies in these systems, causing the tripping of power converters (e.g. wind turbines or HVDC applications). The interaction between the controller

Rational halogen mixing strategy was employed to shift the bandgap of Cs2PbBr2I2 from ultraviolet to visible region, enabling first realization of a visible‐light photodetector with this 2D layered Ruddlesden‐Popper perovskite material. Under illumination, light‐induced internal field forms and drives trap‐mediated persistent photoconductivity ...

Broadband, Flexible, Skin‐Compatible Carbon Dots/Graphene Photodetectors for Wearable Applications
Broadband, flexible photodetectors integrating nitrogen‐rich carbon dots with single‐layer graphene on plastic substrates are demonstrated. A biocompatible chitosan–glycerol electrolyte enables efficient low‐voltage gating and on‐skin operation. The devices exhibit ultraviolet‐to‐near‐infrared response, mechanical robustness under bending, and verified

Surface Diffusion in SnTe‐PbTe Monolayer Lateral Heterostructures
The lateral heterostructures between 2D materials often suffer from the interdiffusion at the interfaces. Here, a surface diffusion mechanism is found to be dominating at the interfaces between semiconducting SnTe and PbTe monolayers. Atomically sharp interfaces can be achieved by suppressing this diffusion process. ABSTRACT The construction of complex

Enhancing stability control of Phase-Locked loop in weak power grids
This paper analyzes the factors affecting the stability of phase-locked loops (PLLs) in weak power grids. By establishing a PLL model in weak power grids, it is found that line impedance, grid frequency disturbances, and output power all have an impact ...
