Magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of rare earth intermetallic compound Gd3Co4Ge13
Magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of polycrystalline Gd3Co4Ge13 (Cubic, Yb3Rh4Sn13-type, Space group Pm-3n, No. 223, cP40) have been studied by carrying out dc magnetization measurements in applied magnetic fields up to 140 kOe.

Multimodal Data‐Driven Microstructure Characterization
A self‐consistent autonomous workflow for EBSP‐based microstructure segmentation by integrating PCA, GMM clustering, and cNMF with information‐theoretic parameter selection, requiring no user input. An optimal ROI size related to characteristic grain size is identified.

Optimal inverse Littlewood–Offord theorems [PDF]
Let ηi, i=1,…,n, be iid Bernoulli random variables, taking values ±1 with probability 12. Given a multiset V of n integers v1,…,vn, we define the concentration probability asρ(V):=supxP(v1η1+⋯+vnηn=x).

We develop a data‐driven method to derive the mathematical expressions of the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter χ for the swelling behavior of temperature–responsive hydrogels. Starting from initial assumptions of χ, our workflow combines Bayesian optimization, Flory–Rehner theory, and symbolic regression to generate candidate χ expressions.

The Synthesis and Spectral Properties of Merocyanine Dyes Based on 9H‑Fluorene-2,7-Dicarbonitrile
Di-, tetra-, and hexamethine merocyanine dyes bearing donor heterocyclic end groups of different electron-donating abilities and the 9H-fluorene-2,7-dicarbonitrile moiety as the acceptor end group have been synthesized.

Creep‐Induced Microstructural Evolution in an A2‐B2 Superalloy
A 27.3Ta‐27.3Mo‐27.3Ti‐8Cr‐10Al (at.%) refractory high‐entropy alloy with precipitation‐strengthened A2‐B2 microstructure was studied by creep tests at 1030°C, which demonstrate a transition in deformation mechanisms in the range of 100–150 MPa applied stress. This is associated with changes in dislocation–precipitate interactions. Relevant deformation

Efficient MCMC and posterior consistency for Bayesian inverse problems [PDF]
Many mathematical models used in science and technology often contain parameters that are not known a priori. In order to match a model to a physical phenomenon, the parameters have to be adapted on the basis of the available data.
