LettuceNet: A Novel Deep Learning Approach for Efficient Lettuce Localization and Counting
Traditional lettuce counting relies heavily on manual labor, which is laborious and time-consuming. In this study, a simple and efficient method for localization and counting lettuce is proposed, based only on lettuce field images acquired by an unmanned

Human ABCE1 cannot functionally replace its yeast ortholog. Yeast–human chimera analysis identified NBD1 as a major interspecies barrier. Genetic screening yielded hABCE1 revertants that rescue yeast viability but fail to suppress aberrant translation reinitiation in the 3′ UTR.

Functional screening identified PcSyn14890, a cyanobacteria‐specific protein that enhances growth and stress resistance in E. coli and Synechocystis PCC6803. Although we expected it to function as a molecular chaperone, it was unable to protect against thermal aggregation of GAPDH.

In vitro generation of regulatory T cells: A challenging tool for studying immune aging in humans
In vitro induction of human regulatory T cells using standard protocols generates suppressive, Foxp3‐expressing CD4+ T cells independently of TGF‐β supplementation and donor age. Regulatory T (Treg) cells play a key role in immune tolerance and homeostasis.

ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ofatumumab in patients with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody–associated disease (MOGAD), and compare it with rituximab. Methods We conducted a single–center, observational study including 22 MOGAD patients treated with ofatumumab and 21 treated with rituximab.

Supervision in mental health: a Foucauldian discourse analysis [PDF]
The practice of clinical supervision amongst mental health practitioners is hampered by a lack of shared understanding of its nature and purpose and by a complex mixture of assumptions and external expectations.

Pedestrian Re-Identification Based on Weakly Supervised Multi-Feature Fusion
This article proposes a weakly supervised multi-feature fusion pedestrian re-identification method, which introduces a multi-feature fusion mechanism to extract feature information from different layers into the same feature space and fuse them into the ...
