Weak Measurements: Typical Weak and Superweak Values
Weak value is a physical property of a quantum system which manifests itself through a weak measurement using different preand post-selected ensembles of the system. The weak values of an operator may differ significantly from its eigenvalues and can even lie outside the spectrum if it is bound: they can be ‘superweak’. The latter, originating due to a

Weak values and weak coupling maximizing the output of weak measurements [PDF]
v4 close to published version; v3 provides a simpler, more elegant solution based on geometrical considerations; v2 extends the results for an arbitrary observable of the probe, which can be even a finite-dimensional system, and provides an upper bound to the output by exploiting the Schroedinger-Robertson uncertainty ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Measuring measurement–disturbance relationships with weak values
Using formal definitions for measurement precision and disturbance (measurement backaction) , Ozawa [Phys. Rev. A 67, 042105 (2003)] has shown that Heisenberg's claimed relation between these quantities is false in general. Here we show that the quantities introduced by Ozawa can be determined experimentally, using no prior knowledge of the ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Single-photon-added coherent state-based postselected weak measurement
We investigated precision measurements in a two-level system coupled to a single-photon-added coherent state (SPACS) under postselected weak measurement.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

On the Solutions of a Porous Medium Equation with Exponent Variable
The paper studies the initial-boundary value problem of a porous medium equation with exponent variable. How to deal with nonlinear term with the exponent variable is the main dedication of this paper.
