Simple normal crossing Kähler–Einstein metrics and RCD spaces

open access: yesBulletin of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 58, Issue 7, July 2026.
Abstract We show that Kähler–Einstein metrics with cone singularities along simple normal crossing (SNC) divisors define Riemannian Curvature Dimension (RCD) spaces, both in the compact setting and in certain non‐compact cases, thereby producing many examples of Einstein RCD spaces. In particular, we show the existence of smooth non‐compact 4‐manifolds

Affine hypersurfaces and superintegrable systems

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 114, Issue 1, July 2026.
Abstract It was recently shown that under mild assumptions, second‐order conformally superintegrable systems can be encoded in a (0,3)‐tensor, called structure tensor. For abundant systems, this approach led to algebraic integrability conditions that essentially allow one to restore a system from the knowledge of its structure tensor in a point on the ...

Diffusion–Model–Driven Discovery of Ferroelectrics for Photocurrent Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 31, 4 June 2026.
We developed a diffusion model–based generative AI and high‐throughput screening framework that accelerates the discovery of photovoltaic ferroelectrics. By coupling AI driven crystal generation with machine learning and DFT screening, we identified Ca3P2 and LiCdP as new ferroelectric materials exhibiting strong polarization, feasible switching ...

Weakly Ricci symmetric spacetimes

open access: yes, 2017
The objective of the present paper is to study weakly Ricci symmetric spacetimes. Among others, we prove that a weakly Ricci symmetric spacetime obeying Einstein’s field equation without cosmological constant represents stiff matter.

On almost pseudo-conformally symmetric Ricci-recurrent manifolds with applications to relativity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
summary:The object of the present paper is to study almost pseudo-conformally symmetric Ricci-recurrent manifolds. The existence of almost pseudo-conformally symmetric Ricci-recurrent manifolds has been proved by an explicit example.

Cohomogeneity‐one solitons in Laplacian flow: Local, smoothly‐closing and steady solitons

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 113, Issue 6, June 2026.
Abstract We initiate a systematic study of cohomogeneity‐one solitons in Bryant's Laplacian flow of closed G2$\text{G}_2$‐structures on a 7‐manifold, motivated by the problem of understanding finite‐time singularities of that flow. Here, we focus on solitons with symmetry groups Sp(2)${\rm Sp}(2)$ and SU(3)${\rm SU}(3)$; in both cases, we prove the ...

Hypersurfaces of a Riemannian manifold with a Ricci-quarter symmetric metric connection

open access: yes, 2023
In this paper we study hypersurfaces of a Riemannian manifold endowed with a Ricci-quarter symmetric metric connection. We prove that the induced connection is also a Ricci-quarter symmetric metric connection.

Degree theory for 4‐dimensional asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons

open access: yesCommunications on Pure and Applied Mathematics, Volume 79, Issue 5, Page 1151-1298, May 2026.
Abstract We develop a new degree theory for 4‐dimensional, asymptotically conical gradient expanding solitons. Our theory implies the existence of gradient expanding solitons that are asymptotic to any given cone over S3$S^3$ with non‐negative scalar curvature. We also obtain a similar existence result for cones whose link is diffeomorphic to S3/Γ$S^3/\
