Non-singular weakly symmetric nilmanifolds

A Riemannian manifold $M$ is called weakly symmetric if any two points in $M$ can be interchanged by an isometry. The compact ones have been well understood, and the main remaining case is that of 2-step nilpotent Lie groups. We give a complete classification of simply connected non-singular weakly symmetric nilmanifolds.

Reconstructing Quantum Dot Surfaces via Dual‐Functional Ligand Pairing Enables Efficient Shortwave Infrared Optoelectronics

This work presents a ligand‐pairing strategy that reconstructs lead sulfide quantum dot surfaces for efficient short‐wave infrared optoelectronics. A low‐reactivity thiourea precursor combined with hydrobromic acid enables monodisperse and fully passivated quantum dots.

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Gardiquimod Nanoemulsion Targets Cutaneous Leishmaniasis Lesions Reducing Systemic Toxicity and Parasite Burden

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.
