This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.

On the rate of convergence of projection-iterative methods for classes of weakly singular integral equations [PDF]

Reproducing kernel method for a class of weakly singular Fredholm integral equations
Numerical methods for solving integral equations have been the focus of much research, including reproducing kernel methods. We present a new algorithm to solve weakly singular Fredholm integral equations (WSFIEs). The advantage of this method is that it

TOC represents the synthesis of theory‐guided novel near‐infrared (NIR) light‐absorbing organic photosensitizers (OPS) enabling redox‐induced tumor phototherapy and single‐cell organelle tracking. ABSTRACT The design of organic photosensitizers that operate efficiently in the near‐infrared (NIR) region remains challenging due to the need to balance ...

Convergence of adaptive 3D BEM for weakly singular integral equations based on isotropic mesh-refinement [PDF]
We consider the adaptive lowest-order boundary element method (ABEM) based on isotropic mesh-refinement for the weakly-singular integral equation for the 3D Laplacian. The proposed scheme resolves both, possible singularities of the solution as well as

This work focuses on the analysis of the Volterra–Fredholm integral equation (VFIE) with a weakly singular kernel, which is a transformed form of a partial integrodifferential equation (PIDE) with a weakly singular kernel. We present an approach based on
