Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

The relationship between nasal fracture patients and weather conditions [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Preventive and Complementary Medicine
Background: Isolated nasal bone fractures are among the most prevalent facial injuries. Although the relationship between weather conditions and nasal fractures has not been extensively studied, it is reasonable to hypothesize a correlation. Objectives ...

Incorporating weather information into real-time speed estimates: comparison of alternative models [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Weather information is frequently requested by travelers. Prior literature indicates that inclement weather is one of the most important factors contributing to traffic congestion and crashes.

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Instructions to the Marine Meteorological Observers of the U. S. Weather Bureau, 6th edition

open access: yes, 1938
The ocean meteorological program of the Weather Bureau has two separate and distinct parts. First, there is the daily service by radio. Owing to the need for brevity, the radio reports contain a limited amount of essential information.

Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Research on power loss prediction of OPGW considering different weather effects

open access: yesDiance yu yibiao
At present, optical fiber composite overhead ground wire (OPGW) is widely used in high-voltage transmission lines in power system of China. Accurately predicting the power loss of OPGW can improve the reliability and economy of power system in China ...

Correlations of Genotype with Climate Parameters Suggest Caenorhabditis elegans Niche Adaptations

open access: yesG3: Genes, Genomes, Genetics, 2017
Species inhabit a variety of environmental niches, and the adaptation to a particular niche is often controlled by genetic factors, including gene-by-environment interactions.
