The Milan Score, a high‐resolution manometry‐derived tool, predicts pathological GERD on 96‐h wireless pH monitoring with high specificity and positive predictive value, maintaining robust discriminative performance across both typical and atypical symptom profiles and outperforming single HRM parameters as a standalone manometric parameter.

In 1,756,593 young adults, a generalized boosted survival model predicted incident HCC with strong discrimination (1‐year AUROC 0.945; 5‐year 0.825). The 1‐year horizon uniquely targets an imaging‐silent, pre‐diagnosis window, showing routine clinical signals can flag otherwise undetectable risk.
