An exact additive decomposition of the weighted arithmetic mean*
The weighted arithmetic mean is used in a wide variety of applications. An infinite number of possible decompositions of the weighted mean are available, and it is therefore an open question which of the possible decompositions should be applied. In this paper, we derive a decomposition of the weighted mean that is rooted in functional analysis.

A necessary and sufficient condition for the inequality of generalized weighted means
We present in this paper a necessary and sufficient condition to establish the inequality between generalized weighted means which share the same sequence of numbers but differ in the weights.

Maximizing sum rate and minimizing MSE on multiuser downlink: Optimality, fast algorithms and equivalence via max-min SIR [PDF]
Maximizing the minimum weighted SIR, minimizing the weighted sum MSE and maximizing the weighted sum rate in a multiuser downlink system are three important performance objectives in joint transceiver and power optimization, where all the users have a ...

On weighted quasi-arithmetic means which are convex [PDF]
Summary: We study convexity in the class of weighted quasi-arithmetic means. It turns out that their convexity depends only on the generator, neither on weights, nor on the number of variables. Connections between the convexity of a mean and the convexity of its increasing generators are considered.

Ecological Potential Evaluation for the Irrigated Agriculture Using the Current Models and the New Model of EMOLUP for the Firozabad County [PDF]
The process of assessing the ecological potential of the land, or measuring the potential of the land, is an important step before implementation. The Firoozabad Township is located in the Province of Fars. Irrigated farming provides the major income for

An Approach to Neutrosophic Hyper Soft Rough Matrix and its Application [PDF]
This paper introduces a novel of Neutrosophic Hyper Soft Rough Matrix (NHSRM). We discuss various operators on NHSRM such as addition, multiplication, scalar multiplication and complement.
