We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

A Review on Classes of Composition Operators
Introduction In 1976, A. Lambert characterized subnormal weighted shifts. Then he studied hyponormal weighted composition operators on in 1986 and in 1988 subnormal composition operators studied again by him. Recently, A. Lambert, et al., have published

Weighted Composition Operators from Generalized Weighted Bergman Spaces to Weighted-Type Spaces
Let φ be a holomorphic self-map and let ψ be a holomorphic function on the unit ball B. The boundedness and compactness of the weighted composition operator ψCφ from the generalized weighted Bergman space into a class of ...

Simply connected topological spaces of weighted composition operators
In this paper, we prove that the topological spaces of nonzero weighted composition operators acting on some Hilbert spaces of analytic functions on the unit open ball are simply connected.

On weighted generalized composition operators on weighted hardy spaces
The present paper introduces the class of weighted generalized composition operators of higher order defined on the weighted Hardy spaces. The study of bounded operators belonging to this class is undertaken and an attempt is made to describe their structural and spectral properties.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Weighted composition operators as Daugavet centers [PDF]
18 pagesWe investigate the norm identity $\|uC_\varphi + T\| = \|u\|_\infty + \|T\|$ for classes of operators on $C(S)$, where $S$ is a compact Hausdorff space without isolated point, and characterize those weighted composition operators which satisfy ...

Nuclear weighted composition operators on weighted Banach spaces of analytic functions [PDF]
[EN] We characterize nuclear weighted composition operators W psi,phi f = psi(f circle phi) on weighted Banach spaces of analytic functions with sup-norms. Consequences about nuclear composition operators on Bloch type spaces are presented.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.
