The Smirnov Property for Weighted Lebesgue Spaces
We establish lower norm bounds for multivariate functions within weighted Lebesgue spaces, characterised by a summation of functions whose components solve a system of nonlinear integral equations.

On Shift-Dependent Cumulative Entropy Measures
Measures of cumulative residual entropy (CRE) and cumulative entropy (CE) about predictability of failure time of a system have been introduced in the studies of reliability and life testing.

Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

Some results on weak and strong tail dependence coefficients for means of copulas [PDF]
Copulas represent the dependence structure of multivariate distributions in a natural way. In order to generate new copulas from given ones, several proposals found its way into statistical literature.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Production Efficiency versus Ownership: The Case of China [PDF]
In this study, we explore the pattern of efficiency among enterprises in China‘s 29 provinces across different ownership types in heavy and light industries and across different regions (coastal, central and western).

APPLICATION OF WEIGHTED MYRIAD FILTERS TO SUPPRESS IMPULSIVE NOISE IN BIOMEDICAL SIGNALS
Biomedical signals are commonly recorded with many kinds of noise. One of these is a waveform of the electrical activity of muscles. This “natural” distortion is usually modelled with a white Gaussian noise.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.
