The Discouraging Effect of Overconfidence
ABSTRACT Overconfidence is often viewed as encouraging entrepreneurs and CEOs to follow risky strategies such as entering new markets, engaging in innovation, or pursuing mergers and acquisitions. While such undertakings can generate excess returns and profits, overconfidence is frequently offered as an explanation for why so many business ventures ...

Impact of Halide Alloying on the Phase Segregation of Mixed‐Halide Perovskites
Halide segregation impedes the development of stable mid‐ and wide‐gap perovskite‐based multijunction solar cells. Here, X‐ray diffraction is utilized to unravel the impact of changing bromide fraction on halide segregation in the prototypical CH3NH3Pb(I1−xBrx)3 system across a finely tuned compositional space. Segregation rates and extents are mapped,

Cellular Senescence, Inflammaging and Cardiovascular Disease
ABSTRACT Aging is the most important yet unmodifiable risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD). As a result, targeting cardiovascular aging has emerged as a promising strategy to promote long‐term cardiovascular health. This review summarizes current knowledge on the effects of aging within the cardiovascular system as well as systemic processes ...

Artery Tertiary Lymphoid Organs Form Neuroimmune Cardiovascular Interfaces in Atherosclerosis
ABSTRACT Arterial walls of large‐ and intermediate‐sized arteries consist of three layers, that is, the intima, the media, and the adventitia. Under physiological conditions, the intima mainly comprises endothelial cells and a few monocyte/macrophages and dendritic cells; the media consists of smooth muscle cells and elastic fibers; and the adventitia ...

Comparative Analysis of the Whistles of Three Oceanic Dolphins in the Comoros
ABSTRACT The Shisiwani National Park (Anjouan, Comoros) is a cetacean biodiversity hotspot. However, the vocal behavior of marine mammals inhabiting the area has never been studied. In 2023, we conducted a 400‐nautical‐mile survey from a 5‐m motorboat to determine their presence.

Photoactive Thiophene‐Enriched Tetrathienonaphthalene‐Based Covalent Organic Frameworks
Highly crystalline tetrathienonaphthalene‐based covalent organic frameworks are synthesized in both bulk and thin‐film forms using a novel thiophene‐rich tetraaniline‐functionalized node (TTNTA). These COFs exhibit remarkable charge carrier mobilities in the field of 2D COFs and intrinsic photoactivity.
