Improved weighted least-squares phase unwrapping method for interferometric SAR processing
Based on the study of existed least-squares and weighted least-squares phase unwrapping methods, an improved weighted least-squares algorithm based on unwrapping phase error compensation is proposed.

Fitting a function to time-dependent ensemble averaged data [PDF]
Time-dependent ensemble averages, i.e., trajectory-based averages of some observable, are of importance in many fields of science. A crucial objective when interpreting such data is to fit these averages (for instance, squared displacements) with a ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Remote water meter calibration based on weighted least squares algorithm
In response to issues such as poor-fitting accuracy in the remote water meter measurement curve, unsatisfactory fitting effects, and challenges in depicting real data characteristics, a weighted least squares algorithm is proposed based on the remote ...

Battlefield assembly location algorithm based on single step weighted least squares
Aiming at the problem that fast,high-precision and low-cost positioning is difficult to meet in typical non-cooperative areas, such as the battlefield assembly of airborne troops,a single-step weighted least squares algorithm was proposed based on the ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Weighted Approximate Fekete Points: Sampling for Least-Squares Polynomial Approximation [PDF]
We propose and analyze a weighted greedy scheme for computing deterministic sample configurations in multidimensional space for performing least-squares polynomial approximations on $L^2$ spaces we...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Weighted Majorization Algorithms for Weighted Least Squares Decomposition Models [PDF]
For many least-squares decomposition models efficient algorithms are well known. A more difficult problem arises in decomposition models where each residual is weighted by a nonnegative value.
