On Kedlaya-type inequalities for weighted means [PDF]
In 2016 we proved that for every symmetric, repetition invariant and Jensen concave mean M $\mathscr{M}$ the Kedlaya-type inequality A(x1,M(x1,x2),…,M(x1,…,xn))≤M(x1,A(x1,x2),…,A(x1,…,xn)) $$ \mathscr{A} \bigl(x_{1},\mathscr{M}(x_{1},x_{2}), \ldots ...

On weighted means and their inequalities
In (Pal et al. in Linear Multilinear Algebra 64(12):2463–2473, 2016), Pal et al. introduced some weighted means and gave some related inequalities by using an approach for operator monotone functions.

Improved Mini Batch K-Means Time-weighted Recommendation Algorithm [PDF]
The traditional collaborative filtering algorithm has the problems of sparse data, weak scalability and deviated user interest, causing low efficiency in algorithm operation and low accuracy in prediction. To address these problems, this paper proposes an ...

Cesàro Means of Weighted Orthogonal Expansions on Regular Domains
In this paper, we investigate Cesàro means for the weighted orthogonal polynomial expansions on spheres with weights being invariant under a general finite reflection group on Rd.

Refinements of Results about Weighted Mixed Symmetric Means and Related Cauchy Means
A recent refinement of the classical discrete Jensen inequality is given by Horváth and Pečarić. In this paper, the corresponding weighted mixed symmetric means and Cauchy-type means are defined.

Weighted mean topological dimension
This paper is devoted to the investigation of the weighted mean topological dimension in dynamical systems. We show that the weighted mean dimension is not larger than the weighted metric mean dimension, which generalizes the classical result of Lindenstrauss and Weiss \cite{LWE}.

Customer analytics for online retailers using weighted k-means and RFM analysis
In recent years, there has been a significant trend toward data-driven enterprises in the business world. This trend is exemplified by the frustration reported by 74% of customers when they encounter ads that are not relevant to them, as reported by ...
