Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Construction of lattice rules for multiple integration based on a weighted discrepancy

open access: yes, 2008
High-dimensional integrals arise in a variety of areas, including quantum physics, the physics and chemistry of molecules, statistical mechanics and more recently, in financial applications. In order to approximate multidimensional integrals, one may use

The fractional integral between weighted Orlicz and $BMO_{\phi}$ spaces on spaces of homogeneous type [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
summary:In this work we give sufficient and necessary conditions for the boundedness of the fractional integral operator acting between weighted Orlicz spaces and suitable $BMO_{\phi}$ spaces, in the general setting of spaces of homogeneous type.

Weighted Composition Operators between Weighted Bergman Spaces and Weighted Banach Spaces of Holomorphic Functions

open access: yes, 2008
We characterize boundedness and compactness of weighted composition operators acting between weighted Bergman spaces Aw;p and weighted Banach spaces H1v of holomorphic functions. We characterize boundedness and compactness of weighted composition ...

Weighted Variable Exponent Sobolev spaces on metric measure spaces

open access: yesMoroccan Journal of Pure and Applied Analysis, 2018
In this article we define the weighted variable exponent-Sobolev spaces on arbitrary metric spaces, with finite diameter and equipped with finite, positive Borel regular outer measure.

On the intersection of weighted Hardy spaces

open access: yesCarpathian Mathematical Publications, 2016
Let $H^p_\sigma( \mathbb{C}_+),$ $1\leq p <+\infty,$ $0\leq \sigma < +\infty,$ be the space of all functions $f$ analytic in the half plane $ \mathbb{C}_{+}= \{ z: \text {Re} z>0 \}$ and such that $$\|f\|:=\sup\limits_{\varphi\in (-\frac{\pi}{2};\frac{\pi}{2})}\left\{\int\limits_0^{+\infty} |f(re^{i\varphi})|^pe^{-p\sigma r|\sin \varphi|}dr\

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Good lattice rules with a composite number of points based on the product weighted star discrepancy

open access: yes, 2008
Rank-1 lattice rules based on a weighted star discrepancy with weights of a product form have been previously constructed under the assumption that the number of points is prime. Here, we extend these results to the non-prime case.

Maximal function and generalized fractional integral operators on the weighted Orlicz-Lorentz-Morrey spaces

open access: yesOpen Mathematics
We define the weighted Orlicz-Lorentz-Morrey and weak weighted Orlicz-Lorentz-Morrey spaces to generalize the Orlicz spaces, the weighted Lorentz spaces, the Orlicz-Lorentz spaces, and the Orlicz-Morrey spaces.
