A Study on the Weldability of Textile

open access: yesJournal of the Japan Welding Society, 1973
Conventional sewing process has been one of the hindrances in development of textile gathering materials as industrial materials.Synthetic fiber, most of which are of thermo-polymer, has made startling progress recently; hence there is a possibility that the conventional cutting and sewing processes are replaced with melt-cutting and welding processes ...

Physics‐Informed Machine Learning for Sustainable Alloy Design: Toward a Recyclable Unified Q&P Steel

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A physics‐informed property‐bridging framework links high‐throughput hardness screening to tensile performance in quenching and partitioning steels. By transferring metallurgically guided representations across properties, a single alloy composition is designed to achieve multiple strength grades through heat‐treatment tuning alone, offering a ...

ON THE WELDABILITY OF ANP. PLATE

open access: yesJournal of Japan Institute of Light Metals, 1955
We have previously reported1) the weldability of Al-Mg alloys. In this experiment, we studied the weldability of ANP plate, using Sigma, Heliarc and oxyacetylene welding. The results obtained are summarized as follows:(1) Porosity-free welds are obtained using cleaned filler wire and mother plate.(2) In Sigma welding, low arc voltage and current produce

Large Language Model‐Informed Dual‐Track AI Framework for the Synergistic Design of Crack‐Free and High‐Strength Superalloys

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This paper illustrates a knowledge‐augmented dual‐track AI framework for advanced superalloy design. First, Large Language Models translate metallurgical heuristics into explicit rules to rapidly prune a vast compositional search space. Subsequently, LLM‐distilled priors safely guide a reinforcement learning agent during autonomous process optimization,
