Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Well spacing optimization for Sulige tight sand gas field, NW China
Reasonable well spacing has been studied and assessed to increase the reserves and improve the recovery factor of the Sulige gas field, where the reserves controlled by single well are small.

Specialized face perception mechanisms extract both part and spacing information: evidence from developmental prosopagnosia [PDF]
It is well established that faces are processed by mechanisms that are not used with other objects. Two prominent hypotheses have been proposed to characterize how information is represented by these special mechanisms.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Quantifying the Impact of Parent–Child Well Interactions in Unconventional Reservoirs
The objective of this research is to examine the dynamics of parent/child well interaction in unconventional plays, an issue that has gained prominence as high-quality inventory reduces and the number of infill wells escalates.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Rational perforating level and well spacing forfractured massive reservoirs with bottom water
For the rational development of Block S48, Tahe Oilfield, which is a fractured carbonate reservoir with bottom water, a correlation equation of its perforating level and well density is derived based on the oil and gas fluid flow mechanics and the ...
