This paper builds on this work to examine a related process in naturalistic interactions: how riotous actions are explained and justified through appeals to ‘British values’ in online forums.

Increased Unripe‐to‐Ripe Fruit Ratios Within Bicolored Displays Enhance Interactions With Avian Frugivores

ABSTRACT Plants dispersed by visually oriented frugivores may enhance fruit detection through bicolored displays. Using manipulative experiments, I show that higher proportions of unripe fruits, rather than bicolored display alone, increase frugivory.
