Packet Steering Mechanisms for MLO in Wi-Fi 7
Besides extremely high throughput, Wi-Fi 7 is also aimed at providing users a more deterministic behavior, characterized by shorter average latency and smaller jitters. A key mechanism to achieve this is multi-link operation, which brings simultaneous multi-band communication to client stations as well.

An origami worm‐inspired robot achieves multimodal locomotion in confined pipelines through mechatronic integration that embeds actuation, control, and communication within each origami module. Large, reversible configuration and dimensional changes enable 25 gaits synthesized by a unified framework across peristaltic, inchworm, and wheel‐rolling modes

Understanding Multi-link Operation in Wi-Fi 7: Performance, Anomalies, and Solutions
Will Wi-Fi 7, conceived to support extremely high throughput, also deliver consistently low delay? The best hope seems to lie in allowing next-generation devices to access multiple channels via multi-link operation (MLO). In this paper, we aim to advance the understanding of MLO, placing the spotlight on its packet delay performance.

Corramycin, a myxobacterial natural product antibiotic, exhibits potent bactericidal activity against multidrug‐resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The compound hijacks bacterial transporters such as BacA and OppABCD to enter the cell and inhibits DNA synthesis through a previously unrecognized mode of DNA gyrase poisoning, locking the enzyme in an ...

Synchronization of Analog Neuron Circuits With Digital Memristive Synapses: An Hybrid Approach
An hybrid circuit mimicking neural units coupled using memristive synapses is introduced. The analog neurons provide flexibility and robustness, and the digital memristive coupling guarantees the full reconfigurability of the interconnection. The onset of a synchronized spiking behavior in two circuits mimicking the Izhikevich neuron is discussed from ...

The Future of Wireless Broadband in the Peak Smartphone Era: 6G, Wi-Fi 7, and Wi-Fi 8
The field of wireless communications has traditionally been defined by what seems like unending exponential traffic growth. History suggests this trend is unlikely to continue in perpetuity, at least with the current set of applications, with recent evidence pointing to moderating traffic growth. In this article we evaluate the implications of the peak
