Cooperative Use of Recurrent Neural Network and Siamese Region Proposal Network for Robust Visual Tracking

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
In order to solve the problems of unbalanced sample data and the lack of consideration of temporal information in existing Siamese-based trackers, this paper proposes a Siamese recurrent neural network and region proposal network (Siamese R-RPN), which ...

Wideband Wearable Antenna for Biomedical Telemetry Applications

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
This paper presents a wideband, low-profile and semi-flexible antenna for wearable biomedical telemetry applications. The antenna is designed on a semi-flexible material of RT/duroid 5880 ( $\epsilon _{r} = 2.2$ , tan $\delta = 0.0004$ ) with an overall ...

Ferrocene Derivatives Enable Ultrasensitive Perovskite Photodetectors with Enhanced Reverse Bias Stability

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

A Metamaterial-Based Cross-Polarization Converter Characterized by Wideband and High Efficiency

open access: yesCrystals, 2022
Metamaterial-based polarization converters, which have all kinds of polarizations realizable via adjusting metamaterial parameters, have been springing up at an increasing rate. However, the reported metamaterial-based polarization converters suffer from

Intermolecular Interactions as Driving Force of Increasing Multiphoton Absorption in a Perylene Diimide‐Based Coordination Polymer

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Folded Chirp-Rate Shift Keying Modulation for LEO Satellite IoT

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In the low earth orbit (LEO) satellite Internet of Things (IoT), the IoT devices can be distributed in remote areas (e.g., desert, ocean, and forest) for some special applications, where they are unable to have direct terrestrial network accesses and can

Slanted-eye featured forbidden bands in a water channel with undulated sidewalls

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2021
Resonances induced by structure periodicity can always lead to frequency gaps, which are forbidden bands of propagating waves. Besides the traditional Bragg gaps, non-Bragg gaps have been found in periodic waveguides for years, which have been proved to ...
