ChatCFD: A Large Language Model‐Driven Agent for End‐to‐End Computational Fluid Dynamics Automation with Structured Knowledge and Reasoning

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, Volume 2, Issue 3, June 2026.
Chat computational fluid dynamics (CFD) introduces an large language model (LLM)‐driven agent that automates OpenFOAM simulations end‐to‐end, attaining 82.1% execution success and 68.12% physical fidelity across 315 benchmarks—far surpassing prior systems.

Blood‐based proteomic signature of amyloidosis: identification of novel regulators of amyloid load

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia, Volume 22, Issue 6, June 2026.
Abstract INTRODUCTION Cerebral amyloidosis is a defining feature of Alzheimer's disease (AD), yet the molecular heterogeneity among amyloidbeta‐positive (Aβ+) individuals remains poorly defined. We aimed to map the proteomic correlates of cerebral amyloidosis and link them to clinical variability within Aβ+ individuals.

Functional Segregation of Epileptogenicity within the Human Amygdala

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, Volume 99, Issue 6, Page 1598-1612, June 2026.
Objective In temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), the amygdala in the epileptogenic network is underestimated compared to other regions such as the hippocampus. Recent advances in anatomical neuroimaging and stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) signal analyses could help better understand the involvement of the different amygdala nuclei in the genesis of ...

Immune Response and Gut Microbiota Shift in the Red Palm Weevil (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus) Infected With Entomopathogenic Fungus, Beauveria bassiana, Reveal Host‐Pathogen Interactions

open access: yesArchives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology, Volume 122, Issue 2, June 2026.
This study reveals a “Microbiota‐Immune Axis” in Beauveria bassiana‐infected larvae, where gut dysbiosis positively correlates with systemic immunity in the fat body. Meanwhile, the hindgut exhibits immune tolerance, highlighting a tissue‐specific trade‐off between combating the pathogen and preserving the gut microbiome.

Framing Modern Slavery: Do Stakeholders Talk Past Each Other?

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Administrative Sciences / Revue Canadienne des Sciences de l'Administration, Volume 43, Issue 2, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Modern slavery literature has thus far mostly adopted a downstream perspective, in the sense that researchers investigated corporate actors' responses after the enactment of transparency legislation. The common finding is that corporate disclosure is poor and ineffective, contributing to a failure to eradicate modern slavery.

Biphasic Memory Impairment and Recovery After Sevoflurane Exposure Are Associated With Time‐Dependent Hippocampal α5‐GABAAR Remodeling

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 6, June 2026.
Our study reveals that the reversible changes in memory impairment and recovery following sevoflurane with dynamic changes of expression and distribution of α5‐GABAAR. Memory impairment is associated with the upregulation of α5‐GABAAR expression and postsynaptic distribution on day 2 after sevoflurane exposure.
