Prediction Of Basic Wind Speed For Ayeyarwady
Abstract— The paper presents a preliminary study on modeling and estimation of basic wind speed ( extreme wind gusts ) for the consideration of vulnerability and design of building in Ayeyarwady Region. The establishment of appropriate design wind speeds is a critical step towards the calculation of design wind loads for structures.

A short-term ensemble wind-speed forecasting system for wind power applications
Accurate short-term wind speed forecasts for utility-scale wind farms will be crucial for the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) goal of providing 20% of total power from wind by 2030.

Wind speed prediction for wind farm applications by Extreme Value Theory and Copulas
In this paper we use risk management techniques to evaluate the effects of some risk factors that affect the energy production of a wind farm. We focus our attention on three major risks: wind speed variability, wind turbine failures and correlations ...

Efficacy of Inebilizumab in N‐MOmentum Trial Participants With or Without Prior Immunosuppressants
ABSTRACT This post hoc analysis examined the impact of prior immunosuppressants on the long‐term efficacy and safety of inebilizumab, a cluster of differentiation 19+ B‐cell–depleting monoclonal antibody, in participants with aquaporin‐4–seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder from the N‐MOmentum trial (NTC02200770).

Predicting wind power from wind speed data
The search for renewable and sustainable energy sources is a global concern. One way to produce renewable energy is by making use of wind turbines. However, wind speed is a stochastic process which fluctuates considerably. This means that energy cannot be produced at a constant rate.

Peripheral Neutrophil Activation and Extracellular Trap Formation in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
Markers of neutrophil activation are increased in plasma during ALS, and markers of NET formation associate with ALS survival. ABSTRACT Objectives Peripheral neutrophil levels in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) inversely correlate with survival, suggesting a role for neutrophils in disease progression.

Early Recognition of Treatment‐Responsive Rapidly Progressive Dementia: The Modified STAM3mP Score
ABSTRACT Early identification of patients with treatment‐responsive rapidly progressive dementia (RPD) is important as early treatment improves outcomes. The STAM3P score identifies treatment‐responsive RPD using “high risk” presenting features. We optimized performance by adding a time component (i.e., dementia within 3 months) and validated the ...
