Carboxylic‐Acid Functionalized Multiwalled Carbon Nanotube‐Alkane‐Based Resistive Temperature Sensor for Cold Chain Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a reversible temperature sensor with high switching ratio, ∼103. The device is fabricated using PET‐ITO and carbon nanotube dispersions in alkane. Considering its application in cold chain logistics, a proof‐of‐concept with LED is showcased. Thus, a temperature drop below the threshold temperature (crystallization temperature of the

Aerodynamic Test of AGARD-B Model at Mach 10 in Arc-heated High-Enthalpy Wind Tunnel

open access: yes气体物理
The test capacity of hypersonic equipment is crucial to the development of hypersonic technology. However, the maximum Mach number simulated by conventional hypersonic wind tunnel is less than 10 currently due to the insufficient heater capacity ...

Predicting pressure coefficients of wing surface based on the transfer of spatial dependency

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2022
Multi-conditional holographic pressure coefficients over a wing are crucial for wing design, and a wind tunnel test is an indispensable means to obtain this profile.

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Computational Fluid Dynamics-Aided Simulation of Twisted Wind Flows in Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel

open access: yesApplied Sciences
The twisted wind flow (TWF), referring to the phenomenon of wind direction varying with height, is a common feature of atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) winds, noticeably affecting the wind-resistant structural design and the wind environment assessment ...

Self‐Sintering Ionogel Binder for Flexible, Recyclable, and Healable Printed Giant Magnetoresistive Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Electronic waste has emerged as a major environmental challenge, driven by the massive consumption and a limited lifetime of modern electronic devices, stimulating the development of sustainable electronics. Here, an all‐biomaterial gelatin‐choline‐citric acid ([Ch][CA]) ionogel is developed as an active binder to realize self‐sintered ...

Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection
