Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

OPTIMIZING WINDOW-TO-WALL RATIO: IMPACTS ON COOLING LOADS AND BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY
This study examined the impact of the window-to-wall ratio (WWR) on energy performance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where extreme heat drives high cooling energy demands. As one of the world’s largest energy consumers, Saudi Arabia faces significant electricity challenges due to widespread air conditioning use.

Disorder‐Broadened Topological Hall Phase and Anomalous Hall Scaling in FeGe
By systematically introducing defects into FeGe via ion‐beam modification, we demonstrate that disorder broadens the temperature regime over which the topological Hall effect ‐ a signature of skyrmions or other chiral textures — appears, while also increasing its magnitude.

Quantifying Input Parameters Influence in UBEM Simulation Results: The Window-to-Wall Ratio Case
In the field of urban building energy models (UBEM), the significant mismatch between simulation results and energy metered data is one of the most important barriers when using them as a planning tool. Their implementation requires a great amount of detailed building-related data, which is not always available.

On reducing the cut ratio to the multicut problem
We compare two multicommodity flow problems, the maximum sum of flow, and the maximum concurrent flow. We show that, for a given graph and a given set of k commodities with specified demands, if the minimum capacity of a multicut is approximated by the ...

Pressure‐Assisted Dimensional Transformation of 2D Hydrogenated Borophene into 0D Boron Quantum Dots
Hydrogenated borophene (HB) is transformed into distinct boron nanostructures through a solvent‐free thermal process. Under flowing nitrogen, hydrogen escape promotes reconstruction into B2O3 nanoplatelets, whereas hydrogen‐induced pressure under sealed conditions facilitates fragmentation into boron quantum dots.
