Search for electroweak production of charginos and neutralinos at s=13TeV in final states containing hadronic decays of WW, WZ, or WH and missing transverse momentum

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2023
This Letter presents a search for direct production of charginos and neutralinos via electroweak interactions. The results are based on data from proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected with the CMS detector at the LHC ...

Ostatnia Wieczerza i poszukiwanie świętego Graala

open access: yesWrocławski Przegląd Teologiczny, 2014
In my opinion there are a few themes which succeeded in receiving so many literary, artistic and even scientific analysis as Grail. A look at this reality is full of controversy and extremes.

Search for disappearing tracks in proton-proton collisions at s=13TeV

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2020
A search is presented for long-lived charged particles that decay within the volume of the silicon tracker of the CMS experiment. Such particles can produce events with an isolated track that is missing hits in the outermost layers of the silicon tracker,

Search for scalar electrons and winos at the CERN p collider [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1990
Abstract A search for supersymmetric decays of the Z boson into a pair of scalar electrons or winos (partners of the electron and W boson) has been made with the upgraded UA2 experiment at the CERN p p collider at s = 630 GeV . The analysis of the sample of electron pairs, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.4 pb −1 , shows ...

Wino dark matter annihilation through the radiative formation of bound states [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The most dramatic "Sommerfeld enhancements" of neutral-wino-pair annihilation occur when the wino mass is tuned to near critical values where there is a zero-energy S-wave resonance at the neutral-wino-pair threshold.

Problem sakralizacji wina i chleba w późnym średniowieczu i w czasach nowożytnych

open access: yesArcheologia Polski, 2013

Search for supersymmetry in electroweak production with photons and large missing transverse energy in pp collisions at s=8TeV

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2016
Results are reported from a search for supersymmetry with gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking in electroweak production. Final states with photons and large missing transverse energy ( ETmiss) were examined.

Leptonic and hadronic decay rates of winos

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1987
We show that, in wide classes of supergravity models, the ratio of the leptonic and hadronic decay widths of winos is very different from that of heavy leptons which decay via the standard weak interaction. For example, it becomes 20% in one case and 70% in another case, while it will be 36% in case of heavy leptons.
