Integrating crop phenology and sclerotia germination models into SkleroPro improved Sclerotinia risk prediction accuracy from 34% to 66%, optimizing fungicide timing and supporting sustainable winter rapeseed production. Abstract BACKGROUND Sclerotinia stem rot, caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, threatens winter rapeseed (Brassica napus) production ...

SYN‐A, a naturally derived synergist, inhibited key metabolic pathways associated with pyrethroid insecticide resistance in cabbage stem flea beetle (CSFB) and its parasitoid Microctonus brassicae. SYN‐A restored pyrethroid efficacy against resistant CSFB allowing up to 80% reduction in application rates.

THE EFFECT OF HERBICIDES AND GROWTH REGULATOR ON THE YIELD OF WINTER RAPESEED
The article summarizes the results of research on weed control with soil and insurance herbicides, as well as evaluates the influence of the growth regulator Noostim on the formation of the winter rapeseed crop hybrid Dalton. We researched the species of weeds and evaluated the ecological and biological effectiveness of herbicides.

Experimental setup for dsRNA feeding in Brassicogethes aeneus to evaluate the effect of a synthetic polymer nanocarrier on RNAi efficiency. The experiment assessed whether the nanocarrier enhances RNAi after oral dsRNA delivery. (a) Stability of dsRNA–nanocarrier complexes was tested in simulated gut conditions. (b) Gene expression of αCOP and dre4 was

The cabbage stem flea beetle (Psylliodes chrysocephala) is a major pest of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus). We tested B. napus and Sinapis alba seedlings for feeding resistance and underlying chemical defenses. S. alba was least damaged, while metabolite profiles revealed resistance‐linked compounds, highlighting breeding potential for insect ...

Approaches to control of winter rapeseed wintering
The spread of winter rapeseed in the north-eastern Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine is prevented by unstable level of crop overwintering. To solve this problem, it is necessary to find effective methods of preparing plants for overwintering. The working hypothesis of research was the assumption of relationship between the intensity of blocking growth ...

Behavioural manipulation of Psylliodes chrysocephala provides promising opportunities for sustainable pest management in oilseed rape systems. This review synthesises evidence on glucosinolates and their volatile isothiocyanate derivatives as phagostimulants and attractants, alongside the repellent or antifeedant effects of non‐host plants, plant ...
