Vertical Self‐Rectifying Memristive Arrays for Page‐Wise Parallel Logic and Arithmetic Processing
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.This study proposes a page‐wise logic‐in‐memory architecture realized in a 3D vertical resistvie random‐access memory array of self‐rectifying memristors.
