Clinical trial: The Effect on Intragastric pH and Pharmacokinetics of the PCAB Linaprazan Glurate in Healthy Subjects After Repeat‐Dose Administration for up to 14 Days

In this Phase 1 study, linaprazan glurate (LG) demonstrated rapid onset of intragastric acid suppression, achieving a pH > 4 within 10 to 60 min, and maintained pH control, with a 24‐h pH > 4 holding time ratio above 95% at 50 mg and 75 mg twice‐daily doses. AUC and Cmax of linaprazan, the main metabolite of LG, increased in proportion to LG dose.
