The Many Facets of Workplace Moral Courage: Development and Validation of a Multidimensional Scale
ABSTRACT In the battle against unethical behavior in organizations, fostering employees' moral courage proves vital beyond conventional regulation and compliance efforts. To propel this frontier and empower individuals to uphold moral values, a robust measure of workplace moral courage becomes imperative.

Let \(R\) be the Witt ring of a formally real field \(F\), \((R_{\text{red}},G_{\text{red}})\) its reduced Witt ring and \(C(R)\) the ideal class group of \(R\) [defined in the author's paper, J. Algebra 124, 506-520 (1989; Zbl 0682.10016)]. \(R\) is called a half factorial ring if for every odd dimensional non-unit in \(R\) any two factorizations into

School experiences and self‐harm in the OxWell study
Understanding which school experiences are associated with greater self‐harm. More support is needed for girls and gender diverse populations. Many school experiences are things we can address and change, such as bullying. Abstract Background Schools are key for identifying challenges faced by young people who self‐harm (SH).

The Witt Ring of a Curve with Good Reduction over a Non-dyadic Local Field [PDF]
In this work, we present a generalization to varieties and sheaves of the fundamental ideal of the Witt ring of a field by defining a sheaf of fundamental ideals $\tilde{I}$ and a sheaf of Witt rings $\tilde{W}$ in the obvious way.

Our umbrella synthesis found strong, often equivalent, associations between child maltreatment and all examined mental health difficulties. Different types of maltreatment appear to have comparably negative effects on mental health. If replicated, these findings may cause us to reconsider conventional wisdom that suggests some forms of CM are less ...

Abstract Childhood trauma, defined as violence against individuals under 18 years of age, affects 1,000,000,000 children globally, with neglect being the most common form. Such trauma is linked to various mental health issues and poor emotional regulation. This study aimed to validate the Childhood Trauma Screener (CTS) in a sample of Romanian children,

Chow-Witt rings of classifying spaces for symplectic and special linear groups
We compute the Chow-Witt rings of the classifying spaces for the symplectic and special linear groups. In the structural description we give, contributions from real and complex realization are clearly visible.

Lung cancer (LC) remains the leading cause of global cancer‐related death. Phytochemicals from medicinal plants are increasingly being considered as potential LC treatment agents due to their multi‐targeted action, safety, and accessibility. These have anticancer properties by regulating key molecular signaling pathways.

The rings of $p$-typical Witt vectors are interpreted as spaces of vanishing cycles for some perverse sheaves over a disc. This allows to "localize"\ an isomorphism emerging in Drinfeld's theory of prismatization [Dr], Prop. 3.5.1, namely to express it as "an integral"\ of a standard exact triangle on the disc.
