Under this heading I recorded in 19431 an instance where, without incubating in the brood pouch, a female specimen of Armadillidium nasatum, Budde-Lund produced a bunch of forty to forty-five eggs which duly hatched and produced normal young. Later, another female of the same species produced twenty eggs in a like manner, all of which duly hatched.
