Do aphid endosymbiotic bacteria influence parasitoid searching behaviour through changes in aphid honeydew production?

Hamiltonella defensa infection increases honeydew production in certain aphid genotypes, potentially modifying aphid feeding behaviour. Parasitoid wasps, Aphidius ervi, are more attracted to honeydew from H. defensa‐infected aphids; though larger honeydew amounts may slightly deter searching.

Effects of non‐host traces on behavioural responses of an egg parasitoid to substrate‐borne semiochemicals in a multi‐herbivore scenario

In open arena assays, the response of the egg parasitoid Trissolcus basalis to substrate‐borne semiochemicals left by the host Nezara viridula was affected by the non‐host Spodoptera littoralis. Effects of repeated exposure to ozonated water on hair fibre structure and integrity: Part I

Repeated exposure to ozonated water caused cumulative oxidative changes in hair, altering structural integrity, thermal behaviour and mechanical properties.
