Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

The evaluation of pilots performance and mental workload by eye movement [PDF]
Pilots make important decisions often using ambiguous information, while under stresses and with very little time. During flight operations detecting the warning light of system failure is a task with real-world application relates to measurement of ...

Monolithic UV‐ozone oxidation of Ta forms an ultrathin Ta2O5/TaOx bilayer enabling resistive switching with a vertical defect gradient. A stoichiometric surface layer over an oxygen‐deficient sublayer promotes localized filament nucleation near the top interface, enabling low‐voltage operation, and reduced cycle‐to‐cycle variability.

Malleable attentional resources theory: A new explanation for the effects of mental underload on performance [PDF]
This paper proposes a new theory to account for the effects of underload on performance. Malleable attentional resources theory posits that attentional capacity can change size in response to changes in task demands. As such, the performance decrements

Path‐decoupled III–V van der Waals memtransistors spatially separate ionic and electronic transport to overcome the conventional trade‐off between accuracy and energy in neuromorphic hardware. Mobile K+ ions in the vdW gaps set a wide conductance window, Gmax/Gmin, while gate‐tunable hole conduction lowers programming energy, enabling reliable ...
