KEUTAMAAN WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION ATAS REGIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS DALAM PERDAGANGAN INTERNASIONAL

open access: yesJustitia Et Pax, 2021
The economic and political needs of countries in the world have provided a strong basis for the birth of the World Trade Organization (WTO). This need has also prompted many countries to form preferential agreements such as the Regional Trade Agreement ...

World trade organization and multilateral environmental agreements [PDF]

open access: yesZbornik Radova: Pravni Fakultet u Novom Sadu, 2012
The subject that is studied in this paper is a complex issue of legal relations, namely interaction between the multilateral trade system of international trade within the WTO and the system of international multilateral agreements in the field of ...

THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (WTO) FREE TRADE WITHIN FAIR TRADE CHALLENGES

open access: yesMimbar Hukum, 2014
Free trade and fair trade are considered an ambiguous term with relative meanings of identification. Objectively, free and fair trade does not mean completely free and fair, but it means trade under binding rules obeyed by member countries as a ...

Trade and health: how World Trade Organization(WTO) law affects alcohol and public health [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
The alcohol field is becoming more aware of the consequences of world trade law for alcohol policies. However, there is a need for greater clarity about the different effects of trade on alcohol-related harm.

Interplay between circadian and other transcription factors—Implications for cycling transcriptome reprogramming

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This perspective highlights emerging insights into how the circadian transcription factor CLOCK:BMAL1 regulates chromatin architecture, cooperates with other transcription factors, and coordinates enhancer dynamics. We propose an updated framework for how circadian transcription factors operate within dynamic and multifactorial chromatin landscapes ...

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Triadic motifs and dyadic self-organization in the World Trade Network [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
In self-organizing networks, topology and dynamics coevolve in a continuous feedback, without exogenous driving. The World Trade Network (WTN) is one of the few empirically well documented examples of self-organizing networks: its topology strongly ...
