Dianci bileiqi对某发生故障的110 kV GIS用盆式绝缘子进行全面分析，通过宏观检查、渗透检测、X射线检测、断口宏观分析和断裂面能谱分析等方法，并经过仿真模拟验证，分析判断出盆式绝缘子开裂的原因，是盆式绝缘子在制造过程中存在原始缺陷及微裂纹，在后期安装、使用过程中产生应力集中，最终发生贯穿性开裂，导致漏气。为避免同类型故障的再次发生，提出同批次产品更换检测、严格监造期间盆式绝缘子渗透试验见证等建议，提升盆式绝缘子入网质量，保障电网安全稳定运行。
