Magnetic reconnection model for X-ray flare loop interaction

Astrophysics and Space Science, 1995
In order to explain how magnetic reconnection changes the topology of the magnetic field and converts the magnetic energy into the plasma energy in solar flares, the authors study the nonlinear interaction of a MHD medium and transverse plasmons. The model is based on the two-fluid nonlinear description of the medium; two time scales are presented due ...

X-in-the-Loop-Einsatz des XCP-Protokolls

ATZelektronik, 2010

The Heating of Soft X-Ray Coronal Loops

1996
The physical process which heats the multi-million degree coronae of late-type stars such as the Sun is one of the fundamental mysteries of astrophysics. A number of plausible theories have been proposed, but none of them has yet been demonstrated to be correct. We must therefore rely on new coronal observations, such as those from Yohkoh, to constrain

A way to improve the accuracy of virtual physical testing in the X-in-the-Loop environment

Trudy NAMI, 2022
Introduction (statement of the problem and relevance). Currently, the development of technical products, especially as complex as a modern car, requires solving a huge number of tasks. For this, new research methods are being created that allow testing vehicles or its components simultaneously at several development companies in the X-in-the-Loop ...

Research project X-in-the-loop capability of the XCP-protocol

ATZelektronik worldwide, 2010
Simulation, modelling and visualization are typically a closed entity. As a result of this, the connection of further simulators as well as real hardware is very difficult. Therefore, the application of simulators is always reduced to well defined assignment.

Managing knowledge across disciplines and departments for automotive X-in-the-Loop-Simulation

Proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Knowledge Management and Knowledge Technologies, 2013
Virtual development has become a very important part of the car development process. Especially in the field of safeguarding functions with their growing complexity Model-, Software- and Hardware-in-the-Loop-Simulations are indespensable instruments to ensure high quality cars. The paper presents the challanges of these simulation domains. The need for

X-in-the-Loop-Framework für Fahrzeuge, Steuergeräte und Kommunikationssysteme

ATZelektronik, 2010

Hydrostatic models of X-ray coronal loops observed by NIXT

AIP Conference Proceedings, 1992
Observations made with the Normal Incidence X‐ray Telescope (NIXT) have shown that some X‐ray emitting structures observed with NIXT resemble very closely the corresponding Hα plages. We have used hydrostatic models of coronal loops to explain such observations as strong emission from the lower section of high‐presssure coronal arches.
