The chemical composition and band alignment are systematically investigated at the TiO2/InP heterointerface. Thin TiO2 films are deposited by ALD on atomically ordered, P‐terminated p‐InP(100). By combining UPS, XPS, and ab initio molecular dynamics, the atomistic structure and electronic alignment are revealed.

Highlights 3D perovskitoid Pb2CuGly2X4 (Gly = -O2C-CH2-NH2; X = Cl, Br) single crystals (SCs) with face-/edge-shared inorganic skeleton and CuGly2 pillars delivered a high ion migration activation energy of 1.06 eV.

The paper reports on terbium-related photo-, cathode-, and under X-ray luminescence in yttrium alumina composites Y3Al5O12 and YAlO3. The composite Y3Al5O12 was fabricated using the sol-gel method in a form of powder followed by its pressing in a tablet.
