Proportional Counter in X-ray Fluorescence
The purpose of this work is to investigate and quantify x-ray fluorescence, its production and its spectroscopy. Characteristic x-ray with different energies was obtained from six various elements using Am-241 source with 59.5 keV. It was found that x-ray energy and intensity increase with increasing atomic number of material.

Analysis of geometric factors for an X-ray fluorescence analyzer designed via the Monte Carlo method
This paper presents a theoretical study on the design of an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer. The relative geometric positions of the analyzer’s source, detector and specimen are emphasized, which impacts the analyte’s characteristic X-ray fluorescence ...

This study reveals how prime editing guide RNA (pegRNA) secondary structure and reverse transcriptase template length affect prime editing efficiency in correcting the phospholamban R14del cardiomyopathy‐associated mutation. Insights support the design of structurally optimized enhanced pegRNAs for precise gene therapy.

B‐cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B‐CLL) and monoclonal B‐cell lymphocytosis (MBL) show altered proteomes and phosphoproteomes, analyzed using mass spectrometry, protein microarrays, and western blotting. Identifying 2970 proteins and 316 phosphoproteins, including 55 novel phosphopeptides, we reveal BCR and NF‐kβ/STAT3 signaling in disease ...

Determination of ADP/ATP translocase isoform ratios in malignancy and cellular senescence
The individual functions of three isoforms exchanging ADP and ATP (ADP/ATP translocases; ANTs) on the mitochondrial membrane remain unclear. We developed a method for quantitatively differentiating highly similar human ANT1, ANT2, and ANT3 using parallel reaction monitoring. This method allowed us to assess changes in translocase levels during cellular

Non‐thermal plasma treatment of melanoma cells induced epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in a dose‐dependent fashion. This report highlights the critical need to further investigate potential adverse effects of non‐thermal plasma for cancer therapy and to optimize treatment parameters for clinical translation. Despite the promising results of non‐
