X-ray induced luminescence in BaS phosphors
Materials Research Bulletin, 1986Abstract X-ray induced luminescence measurements like radioluminescence, afterglow decay and thermoluminescence (TL) of BaS phosphors prepared with different concentrations of Cu or/and Bi have been studied. In general, overlapping TL glow peaks are observed in temperature range 30° to 350°C.

Luminescent screens for general X-ray diagnostics.
Medical progress through technology, 1992This article gives the main parameters of amplifying screens manufactured in the USSR: the sensitivity, the resolution, the modulation depth, the noise. The technical level of Soviet screens is compared with the level of those manufactured by certain foreign companies.
