“Wire‐Print” as a New Sample Preparation Procedure for Accurate Morphological and Chemical Analysis of Particles and Flakes With Microscopy and Spectroscopy Methods

A new method enables reproducible sample preparation via so‐called “wire‐print” deposition. It is characterized by ease of handling and is compatible with most substrates and suspensions. Furthermore, it allows for both the morphological analysis of separated flocs and particles and the chemical examination of compact, thick wire‐print spots.
