A Closed‐Loop Direct Recycling Process for Prussian White From Scrap and End‐of‐Life Sodium‐Ion Batteries

A closed‐loop direct recycling route for Prussian White sodium‐ion battery cathodes is demonstrated. Ice‐stripped scrap and end‐of‐life electrodes are regenerated via low‐temperature aqueous resodiation (80°C), restoring sodium content, Fe2+ redox chemistry, and structural integrity.

Atomically Dispersed Mo–S Sites Boost NiFe–Layered Double Hydroxide for Industrial‐Level Seawater Electrolysis

(Mo–S)1@NiFe–LDH promotes the rapid structural transition to the active oxyhydroxide phase, enabling selective seawater oxidation at industrial‐level current densities. Atomically dispersed Mo–S sites within the LDH lattice efficaciously modulate the structural flexibility to lower the thermodynamic barrier for early‐phase activation.

SOC Mismatch–Driven Inter‐Particle Synchronization via Internal Li‐Ion Transfer: An Unrecognized Electrode‐Emergent Degradation Pathway in Ni‐Rich Composite Cathodes

Composite cathode degradation is not merely the sum of its particles. Kinetically mismatched populations develop state‐of‐charge differences that drive spontaneous internal Li‐ion transfer; the accompanying transient currents accelerate surface degradation.
