Xenon binding by a tight yet adaptive chiral soft capsule
Xenon binding carries potential for xenon separation and emerging applications in magnetic resonance imaging. Here, the authors report a rare example of a tight yet soft capsule, assembled from two chiral bisurea-bisthiourea macrocycle components, that ...

Phase‐Pure and Size‐Tunable Tin Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots
A trioctylphosphine oxide modulated protocol allows for the synthesis and study of the optical properties of a broad library of tin halide perovskite quantum dots across multiple A‐ and X‐site compositions with precise size tuning while eliminating unwanted 2D phases.

Mechanically origami‐coded 3D kirigami photovoltaics convert a single extension–release cycle into deterministic self‐folding, reconfiguring planar solar cells into programmable 3D modules. Distinct coding strategies enable either ultrahigh stretchability (500% system strain) or ultrahigh initial effective areal coverage (225%).

In Situ Regenerative Adduct Assisted p‐Type Doping of Organic Semiconductor
An in situ regenerative adduct‐assisted (IRAA) doping strategy is introduced for p‐type doping of organic semiconductors. A regenerating adduct serves as the dopant, enabling highly efficient doping with a choice of counterions. The generality of this approach provides a scalable route to dope a wide range of hole‐transport materials with high thermal ...

222Rn emanation measurements for the XENON1T experiment
The selection of low-radioactive construction materials is of utmost importance for the success of low-energy rare event search experiments. Besides radioactive contaminants in the bulk, the emanation of radioactive radon atoms from material surfaces ...

Xenon iron oxides predicted as potential Xe hosts in Earth’s lower mantle
The abnormally low concentration of xenon compared to other noble gases in Earth’s atmosphere remains debated, as the identification of mantle minerals that can capture and stabilize xenon is challenging.
